Planks

Simply position yourself in a push up position on the floor while your hands are positioned below your shoulders. Slowly push your belly button in and place your butt in direct proportion to your body. Hold it there for up to 30 seconds and then lower your body down like you are performing a push up. Do up to five repetitions of this and make sure to take a break in between each rep.

Leg Raises

To do the leg raises, the personal trainer in Del Mar advises that you lie on your back while your hands are at your sides. Slowly raise your legs straight up towards the air while pressing them altogether. Slowly lower them once again and then bring them up back again. Do this for up to ten times while you are in your living room watching your favorite TV show.
